Korcula Tour

 

Korcula is justly called the greenest island in the Adriatic Sea. Ancient Greeks’ most favorite holiday destination and also a birthplace of Marco Polo – Europe’s greatest traveler before Columbus era.

During our ride to Korcula we will stop in Ston – very old town famous for having longest city walls of Europe from 14th century. We will then ride along peninsula of Peljesac to cross by boat from there to Korcula Island. You will see beautiful architecture of Korcula town and also house of Marco Polo, St. Marko’s Church and Bishops Palace. During our way back we will stop for wine tasting in one of many domestic cellars in this area which is well known for fantastic quality of wine.
